Real Evaluation, Real Results
You're not just learning about evaluation theory - you're conducting an actual evaluation of your programs with expert guidance, producing credible findings you can use right away.
2
Guided Practice Model
Work alongside experienced evaluators who coach you through each step. Learn by doing as you gather data, conduct interviews, and analyze findings from your actual programs.
3
Capacity Transfer Through Practice
Develop expertise through hands-on application, not lectures. By the end, you'll have both evaluation results and the confidence to conduct future evaluations independently.
Is Project Impact Right for You?
Project Impact represents a unique hybrid between traditional evaluation consulting and capacity building. Rather than hiring external evaluators who deliver results and leave, or attending training workshops that teach theory without application, you experience guided evaluation with lasting capacity transfer. Your organization receives the best of both worlds through our expert coaching model that produces real evaluation results while developing your team's expertise.
Nonprofit Leaders
Community-based organizations, human service agencies, and mission-driven nonprofits with deep community connections and powerful stories ready to add credible evidence to the impact you already know you're making.
Public Institutions
Government agencies and educational institutions committed to human-centered evaluation that captures the complexity of social change without relying on external consultants.
Growing Organizations
Groups experiencing expansion who need to build evaluation capacity to sustain growth, secure funding, and maintain quality as you scale.
Community Collaboratives
Multi-organization partnerships seeking shared evaluation frameworks to understand collective impact and strengthen collaborative efforts.
Choose Your Level of Engagement
We offer three flexible pathways to meet your organization where you are. Each team of 3-5 people focuses on evaluating one signature program or service area. Multi-service organizations can bring multiple teams to evaluate different programs simultaneously, or start with one program and build from there.
