The Listening Lab requires about 4 hours monthly for 4 months, while the Listening Café is a single half-day commitment.

Unlike hiring an evaluator who delivers results and leaves, or taking a course that teaches theory without application, you conduct a real evaluation with expert coaching while developing lasting expertise through practice.
